From Tokyo or Osaka, take a Kodama or Hikari Shinkansen to Odawara. Continue on the Hakone Tozan Line to Hakone-Yumoto, approximately 15 minutes, then to Gora, approximately 45 minutes. KÚON Hakone Gora is approximately five minutes from Gora Station by taxi.
From Shinjuku, take the Odakyu Romancecar to Hakone-Yumoto, approximately 1 hour 20 minutes, then continue to Gora and take a five-minute taxi ride.
Alternatively, take an Izuhakone Bus from Odawara to the Sounzan-ue stop, approximately 40 minutes, then walk approximately five minutes.

After check-in, staying guests are invited to enjoy tea and wagashi in the Tea Lounge. From 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., alcoholic beverages and a final wagashi for the evening are served in the same space. Food and beverages offered in the Tea Lounge are included in the accommodation rate.
